Well, I am positively thrilled to share that I will be co-hosting a Food Photography & Styling Workshop with the amazing Jenny Dorsey of I Forgot It’s Wednesday (IFIW). IFIW is an amazing supperclub, hosted by Jenny and Matt, for food lovers that hope to build connections through thought provoking conversation and of course, delicious food. In the short time that they’ve been here (they’re NY transplants), IFIW has already made multiple best-of lists, including 7×7 and Thrillist.
I actually met Jenny when I first shot her engagement photos! We were introduced through friends of friends, and instantly hit it off. We’re both fans of perfectly cooked sous vide eggs, ice cream, and food photography. So it was only a matter of time until we teamed up to share some tips and tricks about what we love with you!
Our Food Photography & Styling Workshop will be on Saturday, June 20th in Hayes Valley. I’m super excited because Jenny will be teaching guests how to poach the perfect eggs for Eggs Benedict as well as how to style the plate to look like the fanciest restaurant out there. Afterwards I will guide you through shooting and styling your photo, as well as editing. and of course, there will be endless Bloody Mary’s and mimosas!!! YEAHHHH!!!!
Get your tickets here before it sells out!
